Situated on a hilltop with expansive valley views, this 20-acre estate would become our clients home away from the city and respite during Covid. Although it was built in 1995, it had an old soul, and they were drawn to its breathtaking vistas. From the start, there was a shared aesthetic vision and trust in our design process. We began by optimizing the floor plan, mainly in the kitchen area which improved the flow and natural light. Frequent entertainers, they wanted an inviting home which could host their extended family and friends. There were literally hundreds of design decisions which went into planning this thoughtful, cohesive and beautiful home.
